When Emami set out to build a Legacy Centre at their headquarters, the vision was clear—celebrate decades of growth, innovation, and impact in a space that was both immersive and interactive. From heritage products to future-ready categories, the goal was to craft an experience that honored Emami’s past while spotlighting its dynamic presence across sectors.
Emami’s legacy spans decades of Ayurvedic innovation, global expansion, and deep consumer trust. But the challenge wasn’t just to display this history—it was to make it feel engaging and accessible to visitors of all ages. From executives to new hires, every visitor needed to walk away with a richer understanding of Emami’s impact.
Our task: use design, motion, and interactive tech to turn the story of Emami into an experience.
I collaborated closely across design, motion, and tech teams to build three core experiential zones:
We created an AR photobooth where visitors could interact with Emami’s iconic products—from Boroplus to Navratna Oil. Through virtual overlays and product environments, guests could see themselves immersed in Emami’s world, then instantly share their branded snapshots.
This wasn’t just a gimmick—it made visitors part of the brand narrative.
To showcase Emami’s journey—from humble beginnings to global presence—we designed a dynamic projection wall. Motion graphics told a seamless story of product evolution, major milestones, and leadership insights. I worked on the content structure and animation design, ensuring each scene had emotional resonance and clarity.
The projection blended archival footage, key stats, and animated transitions to feel less like a museum display and more like a brand documentary brought to life.
To demystify the industries Emami operates in, we developed an interactive touchpoint where users could explore the sectors Emami is active in—FMCG, healthcare, beauty, personal care, and more.
With a tactile interface and responsive motion design, visitors could tap into specific sectors, triggering short animations, stats, and product highlights. I helped conceptualize the interaction flow and designed UI animations that made the data feel digestible and alive.
The Emami Legacy Centre became more than a corporate space—it became a storytelling ecosystem. Each zone invited exploration, interaction, and emotional connection, thanks to a strong integration of design, content, and tech.
Whether it was posing in the AR booth, discovering new verticals on the insight wall, or pausing to take in the legacy reel, every touchpoint served to reinforce Emami’s leadership and ethos.
The space now serves as a landmark destination for stakeholders—clients, partners, employees, and visitors alike. It’s not only a tribute to Emami’s heritage but a bold statement of its vision for the future.
The project showed how motion design and interactivity can elevate corporate storytelling from static to unforgettable—and I’m proud to have played a role in making that happen.
